2004-2010 Management of the research project « MotOr – Motivazione nelle organizzazioni », approved and funded by the Swiss Federal Commission for Technology and Innovation (KTI) in collaboration with the CIM institute of the Scuola universitaria professionale della Svizzera Italiana and under supervision of the Psychology faculty of the Geneva University (prof. D. Fabbri Munari and prof. A. Munari), leading to the validation of the MotOr test on the employees’ motivation inside organizations.
2004-2006 Participation in the research project « Bridges across boundaries » from the European program SOCRATES.
2002-2012 Participation to the research project « Dispositivo di autoanalisi e autovalutazione del piano quadro (DAAP) » of the Swiss Federal training and technology office (UFFT), at present funded by the Swiss canton of Ticino, aiming at the introduction of self-evaluation into schools and at the improvement of quality of teaching and learning. This research project was included between a group of innovative approaches to innovation in schools (ILE) by CERI-OCSE (Paris).
